Katherine, a family nurse practitioner, has over 10 years of health care experience. She is dedicated to providing exceptional care to every patient.
Katherine received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in psychology in 2012 at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. She continued her education at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she received her family nurse practitioner credential and Master of Science in Nursing. Throughout her career, Katherine has cared for children with autism and spent many years working as a registered nurse in intensive care and interventional radiology.
With this experience, Katherine founded Grace Vitale Wellness, offering urgent care, chronic disease management, vaccines, minor procedures, drug screenings, and acute care services. The practice also provides an infusion center, physicals, obesity treatment, mental health care, hearing and vision screenings, and in-house lab testing. Grace Vitale Wellness values hands-on, highly interactive care, and Katherine considers her clients to be community partners and neighbors.
Lindsey Beth Thompson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) at Grace Vitale Wellness in McKinney, Texas. She has a strong foundation in critical care nursing and advanced training in family medicine.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and brings over six years of experience as a registered nurse in intensive care and stepdown units. Lindsey specializes in burn and trauma care, having spent several years treating critically ill patients at the Burn and Trauma ICU at Medical City Plano.
Throughout her nursing career, Lindsey has delivered high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations. Her clinical expertise includes managing complex medication regimens, performing advanced wound care, and assisting with bedside procedures such as tracheostomy and PEG tube placement. She also has experience in cardiac stepdown and general ICU settings, giving her a comprehensive view of patient care across multiple disciplines.
Lindsey completed over 700 clinical hours in internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, OB-GYN, and women’s health, preparing her to provide holistic, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan. She holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
Known for her compassionate approach and strong clinical judgment, Lindsey is committed to supporting patients’ health through preventive care, chronic disease management, and trauma-informed treatment.
