Grace Vitale Wellness is Closing

Dear Valued Patient,

I am writing to share an important update regarding your care.

After much thoughtful consideration, Grace Vitale Wellness in McKinney will be permanently closing. I will continue seeing patients at the McKinney office through July 31, 2026, before the practice closes. Following the closure, I will continue to provide prescription refills for an additional 30 days to help ensure a smooth transition of your care.

This transition marks an exciting new chapter for me as I prepare to join Healthcare at the Grove in Coppell, Texas. I appreciate your patience during this transition period, which allows time for insurance credentialing and other necessary preparations to ensure I can continue providing you with the high-quality care you deserve.

I encourage you to begin planning to establish care with Healthcare at the Grove, as this is where I will be practicing beginning this fall. While my exact start date is still dependent on the completion of insurance credentialing, I will notify you as soon as appointments with me become available.

Healthcare at the Grove is a patient-centered practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and personalized healthcare. I am excited to continue caring for my patients in this new setting and look forward to continuing the relationships we have built together.

If you require medical care after the McKinney office closes, but before my start date at Healthcare at the Grove, please consider establishing care with Margaret (Megan) Cusack at Healthcare at the Grove for the interim, or establishing a new relationship with a local provider of your choice. Additional information regarding scheduling, insurance participation, and the transition process will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

I understand that change can be challenging, and I sincerely appreciate the trust you have placed in me throughout the years. It has been an honor and a privilege to be part of your healthcare journey. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue caring for you and look forward to welcoming you to Healthcare at the Grove.
